Description
Appearance of the plant: The Beaucarnea Recurvata, also known as the elephant's foot, has a striking trunk with a bulbous base. This base stores water, which allows the plant to tolerate drought. The narrow, dark green leaves grow in a graceful, arched curl from the top of the trunk. The plant is 25 cm high and the pot has a diameter of 12 cm.
Location: The Beaucarnea Recurvata feels most at home in a bright spot with indirect sunlight. Direct sunlight can burn the leaves. This plant is suitable for indoors.
Watering needs: This plant needs little water. Give it only a small amount of water when the potting soil is completely dry, about once every two weeks.
