Description
Appearance of the plant:
- The Strelitzia Nicolai, also known as the White Bird of Paradise plant, has large green leaves with a banana plant-like shape. The leaves are glossy and sturdy, with a long petiole and a fan-shaped arrangement. The plant can grow large indoors and has an impressive, tropical appearance. Flowering indoors is rare, but when it does flower it produces striking white flowers.
- The Strelitzia Nicolai thrives best in a sunny spot with lots of direct sunlight. Indoors it can be placed near windows with lots of light. It is suitable as a houseplant, but can also be placed outside in warmer climates.
- The plant needs regular watering, especially during the growth period in spring and summer. Keep the soil slightly moist, but avoid allowing the roots to stand in water. In winter, watering can be reduced, allowing the soil to dry out between waterings.
- We pack your products in a sturdy box, specially designed for (house)plants. The plants and the potting soil are protected by a protective cover. The houseplants are secured in the box. This way, your plant is not only delivered fresh and healthy, but also undamaged.
